Our crew structure allows for both learners to get hands-on experience at the job site and experienced technicians to teach. It enables those on either end of the spectrum of experience to gain a greater understanding of the industry and work alongside others with complementary skill sets. We like to make sure that those we employ don't feel like they are simply doing a job. We offer paid training, overtime pay, flexible schedules, long-term green career skills, and possibilities for further training and learning, including classes and certifications. The work Anura Technicians do is demanding; there is no doubt about that. What sets them apart, however, is their capabilities outside of doing physical work. Our business is centered around data, and our technicians are experts at logging the work they do at the worksite. For technicians, working at multiple properties means that they might run into some challenges along the way. Anura Technicians are problem-solvers and work with their crewmates to find the best way to turn a problem into an opportunity. Alongside being physically capable, they are also motivated to succeed and take education seriously to benefit themselves and their crew. Lastly, we take safety seriously and require all those applying for a technician position to pass a background check.
