Company

  • Associates degree required with 2-3 years’ experience as an office manager, administrative assistant or related role. 

  • Experience in a construction environment is a plus.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking skills highly desired.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

Position Qualifications

  • General office/administrative duties.

  • Manage office needs: supplies, ordering, cleaning services, etc.

  • Support HR responsibilities: onboarding new hires, time tracking questions, benefits info, etc.

  • Operations support as needed: data entry, purchasing, communications, etc.

  • Help develop and establish effective office procedures for our newly established Illinois office.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

Our growing company is seeking to hire an Office Manager who will responsible for maintaining an effective and organized work environment to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our office staff, field crews and remote executive team.

To be successful as an Office Manager, you will be a team player with a positive attitude, highly organized yet adaptable, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities and have a mindset for productivity and a drama free workplace.
