Associates degree required with 2-3 years’ experience as an office manager, administrative assistant or related role.
Experience in a construction environment is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Bilingual/Spanish speaking skills highly desired.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
General office/administrative duties.
Manage office needs: supplies, ordering, cleaning services, etc.
Support HR responsibilities: onboarding new hires, time tracking questions, benefits info, etc.
Operations support as needed: data entry, purchasing, communications, etc.
Help develop and establish effective office procedures for our newly established Illinois office.
Other duties as assigned.
