  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, project management or related field is preferred.

  • Minimum three years’ experience in related role.

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

  • Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Position Qualifications

  • Support site operations with a back-office perspective; develop and maintain understanding of high-level business goals and priorities, project specific processes, and advanced communication techniques.

  • Manage multiple and simultaneous projects, by coordinating project work orders, project schedules, communications and documentation with field and program teams.

  • Apply standard project management methodology and processes to define the scope of the project, develop the project schedule, estimate project costs, identify resource needs, gain stakeholders’ approvals, ensure projects are accurately documented, and completed to quality standards.

  • Monitor project workflow to ensure the team stays on the approved timeline, identify risks involved in a project and mitigate those risks to ensure the project meets goals.

  • Provide resolution for problems by utilizing problem-solving skills, as well as offering constructive feedback, and motivation for project teams.

  • Manage customer and project data using Salesforce CRM tools, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Determine project changes and take action as needed.

  • Create and maintain a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

Position Responsibilities

Our growing company is seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating with field teams and subcontractors to successfully fulfill customer projects. This task involves overseeing project work orders, schedules, communicating with customers and clients, preparing project documents and reports, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

A successful Project Manager will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. This position is specifically working on central plant energy efficiency measures in multi-family properties, with a focus on HVAC related projects.
