Full time position. Typical schedule is weekdays 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Salary position with paid vacation, holidays, and health care benefits.
Drug and smoke free environment. Must be able to pass background check.
3-5 years of experience working in a warehouse/shop environment.
Minimum high school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift/move items that may be over 50 pounds.
Technical/mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with a team.
Knowledge of basic warehouse management techniques.
Position Qualifications
Maintaining shop cleanliness and organization
Assist with checking/maintaining tools & equipment
Assist with checking/maintaining fleet vehicles
Deliver parts/materials to job sites
Assisting with inventory control
Staging parts/materials for scheduled work
Other duties as assigned and as business dictates

Our growing company is seeking to hire a seeking a highly organized and energetic Warehouse/Shop Steward to oversee and maintain the shop/warehouse at our Naperville, Illinois location. This role requires someone who is extremely reliable, organized, and possesses the ability to multi-task and prioritize important activities. This role requires the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, be resourceful, is self-motivated and has a can-do attitude.
